Our Founder
PhenomComm brings to the table 20 years of first-hand experience in talent development via its founder Paulette Cunningham. Her comprehensive background in teaching and learning, instructional design, personal growth, and professional development as an independent contractor has equipped her with a heightened understanding of human behavior – people from all walks of life. This proves invaluable when it comes to informing the company’s design approach, delivery strategy, and facilitation methods.
Paulette is an award-winning former educator of the public school system. There, she was dedicated to impacting the lives of young people for lifelong success. She evolved her passion into a professional venture that focuses on adults in their career fields.
